Mash, press (hard), uncomfortable...
but no pain.
Kindness in hand and voice...
Experience brings on mourning...
Grandmother that had no opportunity...
lost memories, shared bloodline unfamiliar,
only stories of those left behind.

Olive press, extracting not oil, but sin...a humbling...
Repentance.
And the drip, drip rushing of transformative Grace.
