What is this?
I am taking the challenge to list 1,000 gifts. Daily gifts, the unseen, unnoticed, seemingly unwanted. Gifts set before me, christine, by the Almighty as I lead my simple, homeschool-mother of 3, wife to axel, kentucky country life.
We have begun to notice such gifts as we continually learn the parent-game that can only be learned by sheer daily experience, and mostly, by falling on our faces (first, by tripping and then looking up). It is in seeing the eternal in the daily that makes loving the whining, tired child possible. Open my eyes, Lord, to your Glory set before me. May I not go blindly through these years and miss the very blessings you have created me to enjoy...
